- The planning of education has a strong connection with the strategy, the anticipation of working life needs and the needs of the region.
- RDI activities are well managed and systematic and have regional impact. The operating practices and support functions support the promotion of open science.
- The quality system is comprehensive and guides the development of the activities of the university of applied sciences.
- The establishment of a team for continuous learning makes systematic development of continuous learning possible. The team works in a committed and reflective manner.
- The opportunities provided by a multidisciplinary approach and cooperation between faculties should be clarified and used more systematically in the planning and implementation of degree programmes.
- The qualitative monitoring of societal engagement and impact must be enhanced in addition to comprehensive quantitative monitoring.
- When developing the quality system, it must be ensured that a balance remains between the guiding nature of the quality system and the innovative culture of experimentation.
